QHSE Officer - Facility Management

Leverage Your Expertise in Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment!
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Management:
- Implement and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.
- Conduct internal audits and lead audits for ISO 9001 certification.
- Ensure compliance with quality policies and procedures.
Health and Safety:
- Oversee the development and implementation of Health and Safety Management System (HSMS) based on ISO 45001.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Promote a safety-first culture within the organization.
Environmental Management:
- Manage Environmental Management System (EMS) based on ISO 14001.
- Monitor and evaluate environmental performance.
- Develop strategies to minimize the environmental impact of operations.
Compliance and Certification:
- Stay updated on relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Lead efforts to maintain and renew ISO certifications.
- Ensure adherence to legal requirements related to QHSE.
Training and Awareness:
- Conduct QHSE training sessions for staff and contractors.
- Promote awareness of QHSE policies and procedures.
Incident Investigation:
- Lead investigations into incidents and accidents.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Facility Management.
- Lead/Internal Auditor Training for ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001.
- NEBOSH IGC certification.
- In-depth knowledge of QHSE standards and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
