 QHSE Officer - Facility Management

Leverage Your Expertise in Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment!

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Quality Management:

    • Implement and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.
    • Conduct internal audits and lead audits for ISO 9001 certification.
    • Ensure compliance with quality policies and procedures.
  2. Health and Safety:

    • Oversee the development and implementation of Health and Safety Management System (HSMS) based on ISO 45001.
    • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
    • Promote a safety-first culture within the organization.
  3. Environmental Management:

    • Manage Environmental Management System (EMS) based on ISO 14001.
    • Monitor and evaluate environmental performance.
    • Develop strategies to minimize the environmental impact of operations.
  4. Compliance and Certification:

    • Stay updated on relevant regulations and industry standards.
    • Lead efforts to maintain and renew ISO certifications.
    • Ensure adherence to legal requirements related to QHSE.
  5. Training and Awareness:

    • Conduct QHSE training sessions for staff and contractors.
    • Promote awareness of QHSE policies and procedures.
  6. Incident Investigation:

    • Lead investigations into incidents and accidents.
    • Implement corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Facility Management.
  • Lead/Internal Auditor Training for ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001.
  • NEBOSH IGC certification.
  • In-depth knowledge of QHSE standards and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
