Hiring "Payroll Coordinator" - (MS Dynamics 365 experience)
• Preparation of monthly payroll of the group and generation of WPS files.
• Handling ERP Payroll system operation including HR and Payroll module.
• Generation of Payroll reports as per requirements.
• Maintaining Employee master sheet with timely updating and monitoring.
• Coordination with Factory Admins for employee relations and payroll concerns.
• Handling the Bio time attendance system to track and update the employee details.
Qualifications
-Should have 2-5 years of experience in Qatar.
-Strong knowledge of Payroll preparation including WPS files.
-Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
-Attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in all payroll transactions.
-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Management, or related field.
-Professional certification in Payroll or Accounting is preferred
-Experience working in the recycling or manufacturing industry is a plus
