Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Rope Access - LEVEL 3 - Technical Supervisor/Manager to join our team. As a Technical Supervisor/Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing rope access operations, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and managing a team of technicians.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate rope access operations
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Manage and mentor a team of rope access technicians
- Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures
- Develop and implement maintenance and inspection procedures
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements
- Ensure timely completion of projects
Requirements:
- Level 3 Rope Access certification
- Proven experience in rope access supervision/management
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and industry standards
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work at heights and in challenging environments
