- Reservation Agents:
- Manage reservations and bookings efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email
- Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth table management
- Sales Managers:
- Drive sales growth through strategic partnerships and promotions
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Analyze sales data to optimize revenue
- PR Ambassadors:
- Foster strong relationships with media, influencers, and VIP guests
- Coordinate events, launches, and promotional activities
- Maintain a positive brand image
- Floor Managers:
- Oversee floor operations, ensuring exceptional customer experience
- Lead and train floor staff to achieve service standards
- Manage table assignments and guest flow
- Club Supervisors:
