Position: Real Estate Agent
📍 Location: Business Bay, Dubai
💼 Job Type: Full-Time
💰 Salary: AED 3,000 (for the first 3 months) + 40% Commission
📅 Availability: Must be currently residing in the UAE
Who We’re Looking For:
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Agent ready to take their career to the next level. If you have a flair for selling, a deep understanding of the Dubai property market, and a hunger for success—this role is for you.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Dubai real estate sales with a solid record of closed deals
- RERA certification is a strong advantage
- UAE driving license and access to a vehicle is preferred but not mandatory
Key Skills & Traits:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages are a plus)
- CRM software and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong presence or willingness to build one on social media
- Self-motivated, professional, and ready to grow into a leadership role
