We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Foreman to oversee and manage our renovation projects. As a Foreman at Revive Renovation, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of residential, commercial, and landscape renovation projects. As a Foreman at Revive Renovation, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all on-site activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Your role will involve managing a team of skilled workers and maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Supervision: Lead the on-site team by effectively communicating project plans, tasks, and goals. Ensure the seamless execution of renovation projects, adhering to design specifications and quality standards.
- Team Management: Oversee the work of craftsmen, contractors, and subcontractors to maintain a productive and harmonious work environment. Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise to the team.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all work is carried out to the highest quality standards and in compliance with relevant regulations and codes. Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues promptly.
- Safety Compliance: Prioritize safety on the job site by implementing and enforcing proper safety protocols. Mitigate potential hazards and maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
- Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and identify potential delays. Take proactive measures to keep projects on track and meet deadlines.
- Materials and Equipment: Coordinate the timely delivery of materials, tools, and equipment required for each project. Monitor inventory levels and ensure resources are efficiently utilized.
- Communication: Foster effective communication between team members, project managers, clients, and other stakeholders. Provide regular updates on project status and any potential challenges.

Qualifications
- Proven experience of 5+ years as a Foreman in the renovation, construction, or related industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Valid UAE driver's license.

Salary:
The salary for this position is competitive and will range from AED 15,000 to AED 20,000 per month, commensurate with experience.
