- Conduct routine analysis of raw materials , intermediate products and final product as per schedule
- perform analysis of plant liquid and gas emissions as per schedule.
- Assists laboratory checmist during analysis of special samples including solid , water and high pressure gas samples during shutdown.
- carries out non routine analysis like deposit , sludge ,scale etc. as spicific by labratory chemist in day to day operation of laboratory.
- timely reporting of analysis results to the operation
- enters the data of the analysis carried out in analysis log books & Laboratory information management system (LIMS)
- Arranges proper storage and safe handling of all chemical (as per MSDS) , Glassware and other laboratory items.
- Participate in acheiving HSE objectives and complaince to company integrated management system , policies & Procedures.
- Preparation of reagent and standard solution required for analysis .
- Perform ship loading activites by carrying out the special inspection of the ship upon arrival at the jetty including testing the quantitiy of the ammonia vapour in the ammonia tanks on the board.
