About the job

Our client, a prominent name in landscaping design & construction is looking to hire a Camp Boss for their office based in Dubai.

Job Responsibilities:

Management of the Labour accommodation (600 employees), proficient with ERP system

Overseeing labor camps, maintenance etc.

Overseeing Employee Grievance, Maintenance, Cooking/ Food Distribution & Security personnel.

Oversee Health & Welfare of Employees

Perform routine spot checks in line with the HR policy and procedure

Coordinate Resource Distribution in line with Project Requirements

Coordinate Health Emergencies and incidents with HR, HSE & Legal Authorities

Education: Any Bachelor`s Degree / HR preferred

Experience: 5-6 years

Languages: Hindi/ Urdu

Salary: AED 5000 - 6000

Working Hours: 8-9 years flexible hours / 1 weekly off

Job Location: Dubai
