About the job
Responsibilities:- Clean the office at the start of the day
- Welcoming, assist and guide visitors as needed
- Preparing Coffee & Tea for Executives, Staff & Visitors
- Organize and control kitchen and office material storage, keeping track of material consumption
- Answers the telephone if necessary
- Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office
- Distribute parcels, documents, and others to the person's concern
- Assisting office staff for internal and external request as needed
Requirements:
- Filipino Nationality with experience in Hotel and Restaurant
- Good communication skills in English
- Should be smart and presentable
- Neat, respectful and trustworthy personality
- Remain flexible and work additional hours when required
- Maintain the cleanliness of the office directly and indirectly
