- MEP Technician: Install, maintain, and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in commercial and industrial settings.
- Electrician: Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, and electrical devices.
- HVAC Technician: Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial and industrial settings.
- Plumber: Install, maintain, and repair pipes, fixtures, and appliances that are connected to water and gas systems.
- Mechanical Technician: Install, maintain, and repair mechanical systems, including pumps, motors, and machinery.
- Multi-Civil Technician: Perform various civil-related tasks, including maintenance and repairs of buildings and infrastructure.
- BMS Operator: Monitor and control building management systems, including HVAC, lighting, and security systems.
- CAFM Operator: Use computer-aided facilities management software to manage and maintain facilities, including maintenance scheduling and asset management.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Relevant certifications and training preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
