About the job
1. Job Purpose
- Interact with customers to provide information in response about Sharjah Co-op's products and services and respond to inquiries.
- Take orders, analyze customer problems, handle and resolve complaints.
- Make outbound calls to set appointments and gather survey data.
2. Key Accountabilities
- Answer customer's calls professionally and responding to their inquiries and complaints.
- Assist customers in completing purchases online and over the phone.
- Inform customers of the product terms and features and project a professional company image through voice and online interactions.
- Process forms, orders, and applications requested by the customers.
- Follow up complicated customer calls where required and identify and escalate issues to the supervisor when needed.
- Respond to customer issues politely and concisely according to department standards and work to calm angry customers.
- Complete call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in CRM program.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments and Route calls to appropriate resources.
- Research required information, if needed, using the available resources.
- Identify and resolve customer complaints or ensure to forward them to the relevant stakeholders for a response.
- Document all calls information according to internal policies and procedures.
- Conduct continuous research on the up-to-date approaches and techniques, methods, tools to implement best practices in work.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
